The achievement people mean is Jumped In: 10 gamerscore, a bronze trophy. It asked you to create a character and share it through the THQ community site My Steelport. That site shut down on 31 Jan 2018. It is not “upload a screenshot to Xbox.”

What closed

VideoGamer reported the January 2018 cutoff for character screenshot sharing in The Third and Saints Row IV. PSNProfiles threads after the shutdown treat Jumped In as unobtainable on the original trophy list. I am aligning those two with the wiki’s description of the achievement. Three sources, same conclusion for the 2011 game.

Remastered does not include the My Steelport upload screen. I have not line-checked every Remastered trophy list to see whether the name Jumped In still appears. If your platform list still shows it, I do not have a working upload button to send you to. The gap stays labeled.

What people try in 2026

Xbox searches in 2026 still use the words “upload character.” The action they remember is the old share button, not a modern capture gallery. Posting a clip to the console network does not satisfy a 2011 community-account share. I will not write a workaround that the sources do not contain.

Co-op itself still belongs to the platform network. Do not uninstall co-op hopes because this one trophy died. The co-op page draws that line.
