Saints Row: The Third on Xbox
Remastered is on Xbox. The store page lists Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S with Smart Delivery, 4K Ultra HD, HDR10, and 60fps or higher. “Cross-gen multiplayer” means Xbox One with Series, not Xbox with PlayStation or PC. The Xbox 360 game is the 2011 original.

Why “it isn’t on Xbox” is the wrong sentence
The Xbox store listing and the May 2021 Series optimization news both place Remastered on Xbox consoles. A search that says the game is missing is usually an old region page, a 360-only memory, or a store filter. I could not pin the exact bad page, so I record the positive listings and leave the rumor’s origin as a gap.
Backward compatibility for the 360 original is dated 14 Sep 2017 in the research notes. That does not turn the 360 disc into Remastered. Two different products share the Xbox brand.
Online
Co-op is two players. The cross-gen label is easy to misread as cross-platform. PCGamingWiki and the Xbox page together support the narrower reading: Xbox One consoles can play with Series consoles. They do not join a Steam lobby.
FAQ
Is Remastered on Xbox Series X?
Yes. Smart Delivery covers Series X|S and Xbox One, with 4K, HDR10, and 60fps listed on the store page.
Can I play with a friend on PS5?
No cross-platform co-op is documented. Xbox cross-gen stays inside Xbox.
