Steelport

Steelport is a fictional city. Four districts: Downtown in the center, New Colvin to the east, Stanfield to the northwest, Carver Island to the southwest. The wiki counts 32 gang operations. This page is a district table, not a clickable map.

What the story does to the map

The city changes as you proceed. The tower can be blown or left, Safeword and Burns Hill and 3 Count change height, STAG moves in, Arapice Island can end up with zombies, and bridges lift. I am listing those as story states from the Steelport page, not as a spoiler-free tour. Gang operations are the 32 takeover points. I do not have an official interactive map to embed, and I am not drawing one from a fan scan I cannot license cleanly.

People asking “what city is it” in Spanish want this answer: it is Steelport, invented for the game, not a renamed real city. The Spanish page repeats that in Spanish.
