There is no macOS build of Saints Row: The Third or of Remastered. The routes people discuss are CrossOver, Whisky, and Parallels. I can only stand behind one of those with a partial source, so this page stays at one source and does not promise a playable Mac install.
Three routes, uneven evidence
CrossOver’s public tips include a line telling people not to fetch Remastered from GOG. I could read the title of that tip. The body was blocked, so I am not repeating install steps I did not see. Whisky and Parallels are the other two names in Mac-gaming writeups. I do not have a 2026 test log for either on this game.
Apple silicon adds a translation layer, either inside CrossOver’s own stack or via Rosetta, depending on the wrapper. That sentence is general Mac knowledge, not a Saints Row benchmark. I will not attach an fps number to an M-series chip.
What to do instead
