The Penetrator

Where it comes from

Sources name Friendly Fire, a mascot drop on Genki’s medium and hard sets, and the Return to Steelport reward. The internal nickname in the wiki history is Dildo Bat. I am using the retail name in the heading and leaving the nickname as a citation, not as a caption under a photo. Stay Classy Steelport asks for 25 gang-member kills with it and another 25 using Fart in a Jar. A promotional line about two million kills is a marketing figure, not a gameplay stat, and I am not repeating it as a leaderboard.

The cheat word givedildo adds it and turns achievements off, which makes Stay Classy harder if you already cheated. Remastered still includes the weapon in the sources I used. I do not have a region-by-region Remastered censor matrix, so I only state the 2011 Japanese change with confidence.

Keep the achievement requirement separate

Stay Classy Steelport requires two different weapon totals: 25 gang-member kills with The Penetrator and 25 with Fart in a Jar. Buying the bat only supplies one half of that requirement. A weapon-grant cheat is a poor route to an achievement save because the cheat flag disables achievement progress on that save. Buy or unlock the weapon through normal campaign rewards and use a clean save for the checklist. The raw damage and ragdoll values identify the weapon in the table; they are not a claim that every enemy or every regional model behaves identically.
