Gangs and factions
Steelport’s fight is six names: the 3rd Street Saints, Morningstar, the Deckers, the Luchadores, STAG, and the Syndicate as the umbrella. Two of those have their own pages because people search the names. The others stay in the table.

How to read the colors
Saints are purple with a fleur-de-lis. Morningstar is red, pink, and black. Deckers lean cyan and black. Luchadores bring green, red, and wrestling masks. STAG is white, black, and hazard orange. I use those colors as labels, not as a claim that the gangs are real organizations. They are fiction inside Steelport.
The Syndicate is the business structure Loren runs, not a sixth street uniform. Morningstar, Deckers, and Luchadores sit under it until the story peels them apart. STAG arrives as the government hammer.
